How To Use : Clean skin and remove mask from packaging. There is total 2 layers of face mask, take down the white pearl film, spread the silk mask out and apply carefully onto the face, resting on the face for 15-20 minutes. Take off the mask and gently pat the face. Excess serum can be applied to neck, shoulders and hands. Face sheet to be used only once. Access gel serum in package can also be used as a serum the following days before moisturizer.

In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.

If you become aware of the fact that product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, and Dr Rashel does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, please contact Cosmetic SA as soon as possible on email sales@drrashelsa.co.za to notify us thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If contacting Cosmetic SA via email regarding missing the product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “missing product(s)” in the subject line of your email.
Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@drrashelsa.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
