Delivery Information
Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners.Our delivery fee is R99 for anywhere in South Africa.Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery.
Warehouse & deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00
There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS as soon as your order has been processed.
If you become aware of the fact that product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, and Dr Rashel does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, please contact Cosmetic SA as soon as possible on email sales@drrashelsa.co.za to notify us thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If contacting Cosmetic SA via email regarding missing the product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “missing product(s)” in the subject line of your email.
Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@drrashelsa.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
